    Prior to appointing new team members they complete a test. This is to ensure they exhibit the characteristics and traits expected of those working in our team as well as for their specific role. One of the characteristics we seek is the willingness to identify and suggest improvements to our processes and client services. We are therefore primed to identify ways in which we can individually and, collectively, add value to what we do
