Paraplanner

Location:  Stansted , United Kingdom

Position:  Full time

Job Description

Are you level 4 qualified and looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to join a progressive boutique wealth management firm known for putting client service at the core of everything it does? Are you passionate about people, technical advice, research and analysis and want the opportunity to have much more client-facing responsibility in your position?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic technician with outstanding people skills to play a crucial team role alongside highly experienced advisers.  You may be thinking that this is just a paraplanner role, but it is much more than that. At KMD there is no hierarchy when it comes to involvement in client relationships. We do it together and this role plays an integral part.

If you excel in client management skills and progress to Chartered Status, a clear path into advising without sales targets could be a longer-term option if you choose it.

Working with the advisers, the duties of this role centre around paraplanning, ensuring an outstanding client servicing experience. We work in a collaborative environment so you will have the opportunity to contribute to ideas and solutions for clients.

You will be responsible for providing technical support and preparation of regulated financial advice, generation of clear, technically accurate, concise and compliant financial planning reports and cashflow forecasts and overseeing timely implementation of agreed actions.

We are looking to talk to level 4 qualified candidates from any financial services background. You could be working as a paraplanner at another financial planning firm but, equally, you could be employed at a provider, other investment or wealth management business, platform or network. You might even be working as an adviser and wishing to take a slight change in direction. If you are a level 4 qualified enthusiastic technician with outstanding people skills, we want to hear from you.
